Control Settings Tab:

Disable Mouse Sensitivity

Disable Mouse Sensitivity or make sure it is 51-54%. The reason is that if it is disabled it will just use your computers mouse settings which we set earlier. If for some reason you want to leave it on, make sure it is set somewhere between 51-54% so that the 1:1 pixel ratio of mouse to cursor movement is maintained (the reason for 51% is that blizzard rounds the numbers down).

Adjusting your mouse speed

To actually adjust mouse sensitivity/speed you need to load up the software that came with your mouse (for gaming mice) and adjust the DPI to whatever you feel comfortable with. Typically people will use a DPI between 800 and 1800 with pros leaning towards the lower end for increased accuracy.

Disable Windows Key

You don’t want to accidently minimize the game mid-fight. Just leave the Alt-Tab shortcut enabled and use that to minimize the game instead.

Increase Mouse Scroll Speed

Set to 50% to start and try to increase it even more overtime if you feel you can handle it. While mouse scrolling is not idle, we all still do it a ton so the increase in speed definently helps.
